Christina Bobb is an attorney in Washington, DC with an emphasis in national security law. She worked as an investigative reporter, former television show host and correspondent with One America News Network, where she reported almost exclusively on election integrity. Christina began her legal career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as a defense counsel representing marines and sailors in court-martial and administrative separation hearings. She served in multiple overseas tours including Helmand Province, Afghanistan, and Stuttgart, Germany. After her military service, Ms. Bobb transitioned to private practice at Higgs, Fletcher, & Mack LLP in San Diego, and then to Washington, DC, where she held executive level positions within the Department of Homeland Security. During the 2024 election cycle, she joined the Republican National Committee’s Election Integrity section as Senior Counsel to ensure a Trump victory. Prior to the 2024 election, Christina authored Stealing Your Vote: The Inside Story of the 2020 Election and What it Means for 2024. She now works as an attorney for Judicial Watch, where her practice focuses on exposing government corruption.

On April 23, 2024, Christina was indicted in Arizona on 9 felony charges of conspiracy to commit forgery, and forgery. She voluntarily surrendered to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, where she was arrested in May 2024 and arraigned the same day in court. She was charged alongside Rudy Giuliani, John Eastman, Mike Roman, Boris Epshteyn and the 11 Trump electors for the 2020 election. On May 16, 2025, over a year later, the court finally threw out the indictment saying that “the defendants were denied a substantial procedural right as guaranteed by Arizona law.” The prosecutors failed to instruct the grand jury on the law.
As of May 2025, the Arizona Attorney General is still trying to prosecute Christina and her co-defendants, attempting to throw them in prison for decades due to their political affiliations.
